Each vendor is responsible for establishing and adhering to their return and refund policies.

While Binketshop may mediate disputes, we are not liable for resolving return or refund issues.
We list thousands of products for sale offered by numerous sellers on the platform and host multiple comments on listings. It is not possible for us to be aware of the content of each product listed for sale or each comment or review displayed. Accordingly, we operate on a "claim, review and takedown" basis. If you believe that any content on the platform is illegal, offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit content or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging; or otherwise injurious to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of Bangladesh or friendly relations with foreign States; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or which consists of or contains software viruses ("objectionable content"), please notify us immediately by writing to us at legal@binketshop.com. We will make all practical endeavours to investigate and remove valid objectionable content complained about within a reasonable amount of time.
Please ensure to provide your name, address, contact information, and as many relevant details of the claim as possible, including the name of the objectionable content party, instances of objection, and proof of objection. Please note that providing incomplete details will render your claim invalid and unusable for legal purposes.
All users and buyers of the Binketshop Online Platform (the "Buyers") are expected to conduct themselves in a manner as set out in this Buyer Policy, in addition to the Binketshop Platform Terms of Use and all applicable terms and conditions, all of which are incorporated by reference in this Buyer Policy.

The rules are non-exhaustive, and Binketshop reserves the right to take other enforcement actions, including filing reports with regulators or law enforcement agencies, if any misconduct is found.
Do not register multiple accounts for the purposes of abusing incentives or gaining undue advantages in promotions, programs, or activities.
Do not create accounts with fictitious, forged, or compromised details (e.g., email address, contact number, delivery address). Do not use details owned by or pertaining to other individuals or users.
Do not tamper with device software or Binketshop applications to install illicit software to clone applications or bypass security features.
Honor all agreements made within official communication channels on Binketshop and adhere to platform policies.
Avoid fraudulent activity, such as misleading or defrauding users, registering accounts to create fake transactions, or redirecting transactions to external platforms.
Keep all transactions and payments within Binketshop to ensure safety and compliance.
Do not provide false or incomplete shipping addresses or reject the acceptance of deliveries without valid reasons. For issues like defective or incorrect products, follow the Binketshop Return Policy.
Provide honest feedback about products and services.
Do not post fake reviews or inappropriate, discriminatory, or threatening content.
Avoid initiating payment disputes if a refund has already been issued by the seller or payment service provider.
Binketshop reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to product unavailability, out-of-coverage delivery areas, or other unavoidable circumstances.
