  • Vendors must bear the cost of refunds in cases of their error or non-compliance with platform standards.

  • Failure to adhere to refund obligations may result in penalties, including suspension or termination from the platform.

Delivery Charges and Refunds

  • For approved refunds related to vendor errors, the delivery charges will also be refunded.

  • If the refund is requested for reasons unrelated to vendor errors, the original delivery charges will not be refunded.
